Take the year-end to the beach.
Long tables on the sand, coupes on arrival, and a sunset we don't charge extra for. Every year someone books the same hotel ballroom. This year, don't. The Grand has nine private venues on its own beach inside the V&A Waterfront, for teams of 50 to 1 050. Send your date and headcount and a proposal comes back from people who have done this before.
Why the year-end belongs at the Grand
A beach, not a ballroom
Sand to the water's edge inside the V&A Waterfront. Your team arrives by car or on foot from the Waterfront, and leaves with sand in their shoes.
Long tables, coupes on arrival
Chandeliers over the sand, a red rose on every table and Grand MCC in coupes, never flutes. The bar is five bars.
Nine venues, one events team
A sit-down dinner for 50 or the full precinct for 1 050. One team runs it, from the first email to the last taxi.
The sunset is included
Granger Bay faces west. When the sun drops into the Atlantic, we light the candles and nobody checks the time.
